Raymond Limited, largest integrated manufacturer of fabric in the world based in Mumbai, has announces to invest an amount up to Rs. 100 crore in the form of Redeemable Preference Shares in one or more tranches in Ten X Realty West Limited, a step down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
The board of directors of Raymond Limited at their meeting held on Sep 12 approved to invest in TXRWL. Investment in Redeemable Preference Shares of TXRWL is being approved to provide funding for real estate project undertaken by TXRWL.

TXRWL was incorporated in India and registered with Registrar of Companies Mumbai, Maharashtra on January 3, 2024 to undertake real estate business.
