KIMS (Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences) has made a further investment in tranches by acquiring an equity stake of 2.24% in Sarvejana Healthcare Private Limited (Sunshine Hospital). The Company informs the exchange on October 30, 2024.
The Company acquires 2.24% equity stake at Rs. 40.16 Crores. Consequently, the company now holds 68.59% of the total paid-up equity share capital of M/s. Sarvejana Healthcare Private Limited.
KIMS being the Holding Company of Sunshine Hospital has made further investment in its material subsidiary as a strategic investment.
Sunshine Hospital has a total paid up equity share capital of Rs.36.51 Crores. Sunshine Hospital has reached the turnover up to Rs. 307.88 Crores in financial year 2024.
Sunshine Hospital was started in May 2009 predominantly an orthopedic hospital catering to the needs of the people with joint replacement as a core and supplementing with other high-end healthcare facilities such as cardiology, transplant., etc..
