GMR Airports Infrastructure, a leading global airport platform company with over two decades of experience in designing, constructing, and operating world-class sustainable airports, acquires 10% equity stake in Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL).
The Company informs the exchange on Sep 10, share price increased by 2% to Rs. 92.67/-.
GMR Airports Infrastructure has entered into a share purchase agreement with Fraport AG Services to acquire 10% stake in DIAL. The said acquisition would be for a negotiated aggregate consideration of USD 126 million worth 1,058 crores.
After this agreement GMR Airports holding in DIAL would increase from 64% to 74%. Airports Authority of India (AAI) continues to holds 26% equity stake of
DIAL.
