Bajaj Holding & Investment has announces Dividend of Rs. 65 (650%) per equity share of face value of Rs. 10, for the financial year ending 31 Mar 2025.
The dividend was declared by board of directors at its meeting held yesterday, 12 September 2024. The board meeting commenced at 12:00 noon and concluded at 1:10 p.m. The company informs the exchange and investor on September 12, 2024.
The aforesaid Interim Dividend shall be credited / dispatched on or around Thursday, 10 October 2024, to the eligible shareholders as on the said Record Date.
