Ambey Laboratories IPO price band sets at range of Rs.65 to Rs.68 per equity shares with a face value of Rs.10 each. The IPO is a book-built issue of Rs.44.68 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 62.58 lakh shares and an offer for sale of 3.12 lakh shares.
Ambey Laboratories IPO opens for subscription from July 4, and ends on July 8, 2024. The issue shall be listed on NSE SME (small and medium enterprises) with tempting date fixed as Thursday, July 11, 2024.
The minimum lot size of the issue is 2000 equity shares and in multiples thereof. The minimum amount of investments required for retail is Rs.1,36,000. The minimum bid size for HNI’s is 2 lots, aggregating to Rs.2,72,000. Ambey Laboratories has reserved 50% shares of the issue for QIB’s, 15% for NII’s and 35% for Retail.
