Petro Carbon and Chemicals IPO bids starts on Tuesday, June 25 and closes on Thursday, June 27. The IPO is a book-built issue of ₹113.16 crores. The issue is entirely an offer for sale of 66.18 lakh equity shares. The price band of the issue is set to ₹162 to ₹171 per share with a face value of ₹10. Bidding for Anchor Investor will happen on Monday, June 24. The issue shall be listed on NSE SME (small and medium enterprises) with tempting date fixed as Tuesday, July 2.
The minimum lot size of the issue is 800 equity shares and its multiples thereafter. The minimum amount of investment required for Retails is ₹1,36,800. The minimum bid size for HNI’s (High Net-worth Individuals) is 2 lots, aggregating to ₹2,73,600. The company has reserved 50% shares of the issue for QIB’s (Qualified Individual Bidders), in which 6.50% for Market Maker Portion, 15% for NII’s and 35% for Retail Individual Investors.

Risk Factors
- The promoter selling shareholders, will receive the entire proceeds from the Offer for Sale. The Company will not receive or benefit from any proceeds from the Offer for Sale.
