Emerald Tyre IPO is a book built issue of Rs. 49.25 crores. The issue is combination of fresh issue of 49.86 lakhs equity shares aggregating to Rs. 47.36 crores and offer for sale of 1.99 lakhs equity shares aggregating to Rs. 1.89 crores. Price range of the IPO is set at Rs. 90 to Rs. 95 per equity shares with a face value of Rs. 10 each. The minimum order quantity is 1200 equity shares, aggregating to Rs. 1,14,000.
