SPP Polymer IPO subscription starts from Tuesday, September 10 and ends on Thursday, September 12, 2024. The IPO is a fixed price issue of Rs. 24.48 crore. The issue is entirely a fresh issue of 41.50 lakhs.
SPP Polymer IPO price band set to Rs. 59 per equity share with a face value of Rs. 10 each. The minimum order quantity of the issue is 2000 equity shares. The minimum amount required for retail investor is Rs. 1,18,000.
The allotment for the SPP Polymer IPO is expected to finalized on Friday, September 13. SPP Polymer IPO will list on and NSE & BSE with tempting date fixed as Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
Interactive Financial Services Limited is book running lead manager of the issue. ICICI Bank Limited is sponsor bank of the IPO. KFIN Technologies Limited is registrar to the issue.
