Swan Energy informs the exchange about pre-payment of its subsidiary’s 300 crore debt on Thursday, June 26. Triumph Offshore Private Limited (TOPL), subsidiary of the company, has pre-paid Rs. 300 crore debt for its Floating Storage and Regasification Unit (FSRU) Project. TOPL has pre-paid Rs. 300 crore to its consortium of lenders of FSRU Project towards partial repayment of the debt.
Swan Energy recently acquires 49% shares of TOPL from IFFCO at a total price of Rs. 440 crore. The company bought 26.51 crore equity shares. After the acquisition TOPL becomes 100% subsidiary of the company.
